The Eurasian Government believes at this time it is neither the duty nor the responsibility of the WAAF to oversee civil evacuations in countries that have not internal conflicts. This is just another attempt by Eurussia to humiliate countries it disagrees with.

We agree with Eurasia.
This is a great insult to all our countries: maybe for the Eurussian government it's normal to harm innocent civilians when in tensions with other countries, but for us it's not the norm. The Kingdom of New Tarajan, also due its position as tourist heaven of the World Alliance, is proud to say that every citizen, of every nationality, is always  protected by our law enforcement agencies.
We strongly advise the Eurussian government to withdraw this false and offensive claim, or we shall be forced to cite Moscow to the Court of Justice for defamation.
Thank you.

Post  Federation of Antanares on Tue Jun 24, 2014 2:29 am

I would remind that the WAAF is a military forces, that works under the jurisdiction of the Parliament, the majority of the members or after a deliberation of the Council. The WAAF, like the WAHO or the WADSJ, are organisation that could help, in every moment, into a particular situation. But, for two reasons, we would refuse the request of Eurussia:
1)The WAAF is a military organisation, not a police force.
2)There is not a threat for the citizen of Eurussia. Nobody is trying to imprison or eliminate them or to deprive them of their rights.
For these reason, I think the WAAF would reject the request of Eurussia.

Also, how I said in the past, I would ask to don't try to involve the WAAF, the WAHO or the WADSJ into the diatribes between nations. We are here to serve the World Alliance, not the interest of a part of it. Thanks.

If there is no threat, there is nothing to worry. Our request for assistance is a mere assistance to ensure the safety and security of our citizens by way of escorting them while being evacuated back to Eurussia from the countries who unilaterally broke off relations with us, including the treaties that obliges them to ensure the safety of our citizens. In anyway, as a member, we thank the WAAF and we respect the opinion of everyone.
Eurussia will also respect if our request might go against the ideals and principles of our organization.

You should have thought before if this request goes against the ideals of this Organization, don't you think so? Because, if it is so, it goes against the principles of the WA Constitution.

Only one question: what if New Tarajan would ask the WAAF to evacuate all Tarajani citizens in Eurussia?

Answer to this question, please.

Moreover, New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand will wait for your apologies for such offensive statements.

Eurussia is only worried of the legal blanket, due to absence of a treaty nor international law, for the safety and security of our citizens and if there is no threat, there is nothing to worry. Thank you.

Your worries are dictated by ignorance.
The protection of foreign citizens is regulated by customary International Law.
The presence of a Treaty to ensure it is not fundamental.

Your apologies are still requested.

What is this 'customary international law'?

Don't play ignorant. It's common sense. If we start butchering your citizens, then you'd be justified in declaring war and taking us to Court. You fears are thinly veiled attempts to yet again defame us.

While subscribing what Eurasia said, the government of New Tarajan wishes to add only one thing to Moscow: "Before governing, study."

Eurussia has a simple question which only requires a simple answer without so much fuss, what is 'customary international law' in the World Alliance?
Was it passed by Parliament? Is it in the Constitution?

"Customary international law refers to international obligations arising from established state practice, as opposed to obligations arising from formal written international treaties [...] it results from a general and consistent practice of states that they follow from a sense of legal obligation."

Put in other words: civilized countries recognize and follow customary International Law because the very fact they've relation with one another. New Tarajan (and, I'm sure, also Eurasia and New-Zealand) is proud to be an highly civilized country, so we respect and follow it; and we do not harm civilians only because there's no treaty asking for their protection. And this is all.

Now, Eurussia can proceed with its apologies to New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand.

Do not joke with us, Eurussia.

If Eurussia is so uncivilized not to recognize it, very well.
What matters is what WE recognize, not you. You shall respect our own legislation, and in our legislation customary international law matters, and we do not harm civilians.
Maybe Eurussia could learn from a more civilized country.
And this is all.
There's nothing more to add except for requesting once again apologies from Moscow for such offensive statements and actions against New Tarajan, Eurasia and New-Zealand.

Since you cannot justify that 'customary international law' do exist on the legal system of the World Alliance, particularly within regional laws and the Constitution, it should not be called as 'customary international law' as it is not a law in the eyes of the WA Constitution. It must simpy be referred as 'international customs.'
Plain and simple. Thank you.

Call it whatever you want. We don't care about your points of view.

But we care about insults: your apologies are still requested. Lack of compliance will result in serious consequences.

Reforms

Post  Great Eurussia on Mon Sep 15, 2014 8:35 pm

The Eurussian Government will lead and institute reforms in this bureaucratic and politicized organization to ensure its efficiency in delivering its mission for its member states. At the moment, we can only reveal our plans to propose the creation of the new WORLD ALLIANCE SECURITY FORCE which will combine the functions of the WAAF & WADSJ to become the security arm of the Security Council of the World Alliance.

Soon.
