No, I do not find them tolerable. You can't just change the bill while people are voting on it! Now you're guilty of bait and switch.

Hmm, I've read over the changes but still feel unable to support this.

My reason is simple, the legislation has now been watered down so far there is simply no need for it. Most of the steps outlined will most likely happen anyway, wherever there is legislation dictating that or not.
As such this is a tad beaurocratic.

However I now have no direct objections to the content of the Bill so change my vote to an ABSTENTION

Amendments are proposed and voted on, not just sprung upon the Parliament during the voting period.

Shouldn't this proposal get dismissed in that case? Since he modifyed it during the voting? It should  be pretty clear for everyone that it's NOT allowed to do that during the voting period.

If the amendments were proposed before the 00:00 of today, they're valid.
Please proceed with the votes, thanks.

Ok... But remember, everything is by GMT. We MUST use the same time zone for government affairs to avoid confusion and sneaking around rules.

Now that the official voting period has commenced, Marquette of Pacific casts its vote officially AGAINST the original bill and AGAINST all amendments.
