Eurussia commends the possible intentions of the proposal however, it seems so vague and misrepresents the WA Government as a country, which in fact, it is an international organization by itself.

I do bit like that it mentions "without warrant." That essentially legalizes dragging someone in front of the court without any proof. If this were to coincide with the Prosecutor General should it pass, it would be much more favorable.

This sounds like tyranny and dictatorship. If this is a national law of a country, it could be worked out. However, this can never, ever happen to sovereign countries.

Yes. That is why we are respectfully urging Ireland to clarify the bill. As it has serious implications on the Constitution as the WA Government cannot be offended by the very countries that gave its powers. It could just either accept the criticisms or ignore them, as no country in the world cannot be forced much more their leaders nor citizens get arrested by the world Court without their explicit consent. If this is how this bill works.

This Bill give the World Alliance Court of Justice permission to stop operations in a organization such as the KP without complaint.Because usually someone has to complain about operations before the CoJ can get involved. This bill just states that if the CoJ suspects something, just suspects it, in a Organization or Country then in can stop it.

Having said that, it already confirmed that the bill itself has already violated the Constitutionally protected rights of countries specifically the right to exercise sovereignty. Furthermore, Eurussia has repeatedly said that the WA Government can regulate its own international organizations but never those international organizations founded independently by a group of sovereign states.
As the intentions may seem commendable, the implementation and constitutionality is the biggest issue.
