We would like to state that there is no more illegal annexation in Ceveztria at the moment. So what is the meaning of this conference. And may we be granted observer status?

You're welcome as observer.

The problem is the annexation by itself: Eurussia declared an annexation, taking the occasion of an international intervention, an causing much trouble after you, Ireland, and Eurasia rightly decided to protest by annexing their own parts of the country.
The problem here is that we need to give to Ceveztria/Ausavia a final, definitive and stable asset, not rewarding a practice so much diffused in Eurussian policy.

We are not against Eurussia for principle, and we wish this to be clear. What we want to avoid is the continuous process of "annexing countries where an intervention took place", undermining the credibility of future international operations.

The only and the most important goal to achieve it's a better regulation and an indication for the future international mission to avoid any kind of annexation.
A sort of mandate, temporary, it's not a bad think but an annexation destroys all the intention behind a peace-keeping mission.
Also, I would remind that the re-construction and the aids are just a goals of the WAHO mission in the area.
Antanares supports the proposal of New Trajan, instead.

We welcome our Ivanian friend. The pressing matter at hand here, is what would be done with country should the Eurussian government be forced to leave. It is likely that rouge elements of the already fragile political system therein would fragment the country yet again, creating an even more nightmarish situation. The key would be to find a way to either leave the Eurussian governing system intact to prevent the collapse or fill the void with peacekeeping forces. Both options either burden the Eurussian military or burden international peacekeeping forces.

*Count Ahmad Al'Din Rumi, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, speaks*

"The concerns of our Eurasian friends are understandable. However, we would like to point out that there is a third element to take into consideration: that the annexation undermined the credibility of any international intervention which should be happen in the future. As peace-loving countries, we cannot accept continuous annexation, even if operated with the best of intentions.
But what you said is the truth: we need to stabilize Ausavia, and to avoid it falling again into chaos.
Thus, we wish to speak in favour of our proposal: indeed, it will allow the Eurussians to exploit their influence in the country with positive outcomes, thanks to their temporary administration, which will also eliminate any problem related to the annexation itself, while leaving only the positive elements.
Moreover, a strong cooperation between all the countries involved and willing to participate, through the dedicated WA Organizations, such as the WAAF, the WADSJ and the WAHO, and massive foreign investments, eventually administered by a special commission, will constitute the most efficient barrier against the possible rise of new risks in the country, at the same time eliminating any possibility of conflict between the foreign Powers involved."

The Minister stands up and speaks.
" This whole matter of affairs is a threat to Ivanian security. The proximity of Ceveztria or however, now Ausavia, to Ivania's Federal Colony of Izhkaza is a major threat to the regions stability." he pauses and looks toward the Eurussian delegate. " Eurussia's annexation is an attempt to fill in the power vacuum, I however, representing the Supreme Comrade and The Ivanian Parliament and Council believe it is up to the people of Ausavia to decide their fate. Whatever form of government it may be, as long as they are free." He looks around the room and its down awaiting a response from the other delegates.

Governor General Johannes Bidenush (A.K.A. Joe Biden)

"Pushing Eurussia out of Ausavia is unnecessary, we have already signed a co-operation contract to attempt and build an entirely new government system with the advantage of present situations in Ausavia and potentially create something far better than a regular democracy or republic. We call it 'Depolitism', it involves in exterminating all hints of corruption and injustice while preserving human rights and a significant economy which will be supervised by government administrators and even opening up the possibility of free college but privatizing high school and elementary. If this project is a success, the residents of the World Alliance shall be given the opportunity of adopting this government system and enter the future era. There is alot more to Depolitism than this and I can answer all questions concerning it."

"We thanks the Governor General for his kind clarifications. But the problem is still here: Eurussia declared an annexation, with no mention to such a project, nor to what you explained to us, thus raising the natural concerns of the International Community, here represented.
We are not calling for the sudden vanishing of the Eurussian presence in Ausavia since we are reasonable, and we understand the importance of their presence in loco. Indeed, Eurussia will still have the right to temporary administration over Ausavia, with the aim to follow the project you have delineated just here.
The differences from the annexation as it has been declared are that, for its own nature, the administration will have a terminus, ex ante Eurussia will automatically leave it in the hands of the Ausavian people; and, also, a stronger participation of all willing countries to the re-building of Ausavia itself. This way, Ausavia will continue to exist as an autonomous member of the International Community, enjoying all the necessary protection and aid."

Minister for Foreign Affairs Lauren Fabius stands up

The government of Ceveztria asked the Eurussian Empire to annex Ceveztria or what is now Ausavia. So putting international forces there could be counted as an invasion. We must no go against the wishes of the Ausavian Government. They have stated that they have asked Eurussian forces to be there and foreign bodies should not go against this wish.

"We agree with Ivanian position.
About what Ireland said: yes, but an annexation is a serious issue, and unilateral annexations after international interventions of war-thorn countries are beginning to be far too common. We cannot allow such an event to happen again because, as Ivania said, it has also clear consequences on the international scenario. And since it also undermines any credibility of international interventions, is our duty to find a solution to the issue once and for all. If Eurussia really cares about the people of Ausavia and their project, our proposal is a perfect compromise to achieve this not at the expense of the concerns of the International Community. Why not accepting it?"

Eurussian Messenger

Post  Great Eurussia on Mon May 19, 2014 12:50 pm

A letter was sent by the Eurussian Government that was presented before remaining delegates of the "fake talks" dubbed by the Eurussian Government after many envoys left the summit following the public rejection and expose of the Eurussian Government.

The Eurussian Government, following a verdict from the WA Court of Justice, wants to take this small opportunity to vindicate ourselves from all the lies thrown to us by the Tarajani Government just to serve their interests by way of accusing us of imperialism and exerting pressure towards the former Republic of Ceveztria just to gain lands despite the obvious facts of voluntary cession of then the Ceveztrian Government, now the Commonwealth of Ausavia.

Link 2: http://worldalliance.postalboard.com/t505p45-pendingireland-vs-ausavia-ceveztria#19519

These has further strengthened our resolve to reject this fake peace talks and choose not to recognize any outcome or whatsoever. The Eurussian Government has no intentions of damaging the reputation of the Tarajani Government, but we are just showing the truth.
With this regard, we assure our allies and all the nations of the world of our determination to continue to aid and help country entrusting themselves to us in the name of peace and stability without coercion and intimidation. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

"Once again, Eurussian representative, you're showing no respect for everybody since once again you presented yourself in front of a Conference you pretend not to recognize, in our own country, and making affirmations about a trial not related to this issue in any way.
Thus, we are forced to take this as a serious insult to our own reputation. A verdict of the Court is not a piece of propaganda, particularly due the fact Eurussia saved itself from a condemnation only by not accepting a trial, when it took on itself.
Also, we are appalling at seeing that you do not understand the scope of this Conference, since nobody puts in doubt that Ceveztria/Ausavia gave to you the land: but this does not matter, since the annexation of an entire country is an international issue of serious concern. Eurussia took the opportunity offered by a war-thorn and weakened country, and annex it, without even respect of the fellow members of the international community.
Do not try to assolve yourself behind the mask of the voluntarily cession, because we are sick and tired to see the Eurussian diplomacy to annex pieces of territory every time there is a WAAF intervention.
And why not showing to us also the two first lines of the telegram?

Also, due the fact you continue not to recognize this Conference (at words! because in facts you're doing this!) and since you insulted once again our Kingdom without showing the minimum degree of respect, as representative of the host country, I ask the Eurussian delegate to leave at once, or it will be accompained to the airport by our police force; otherwise, he can stay, but as a constructive member of this Conference.
Thank you."

Deputy Premier Mortinson stands:

"What is the first two lines of the telegram? And why are they blacked out? My government will refuse to recognize the legitimacy of that telegram until the full portion of it is released. More, the Ceveztrian government recently collapsed following a court verdict. How should we treat this even though the nation no longer exists? Is the treaty even legitimate any more?"

"The questions raised by our Eurasian friends need an answer.
It is the opinion of the Tarajani government that Ausavia should be put, in this case, under international administration until it will be not decided not to do next. But we need to hear the opinions of the other participants, since it could be interesting to find other feasible solutions."

Apologies

Post  Zackalantis on Mon May 26, 2014 2:44 am

Letter to Participating nations of the conference from Her Majesty's Office wrote:Her Majesty and the Prime minister Designate would like to sincerely apologize to the participants and organizers of this conference for not being able to participate.
The UKZ had plans to be an active member of this conference and place many of it's points and arguments before this conference but due to unforeseeable circumstances could not do so, and for this we are extremely apologetic.
We do hope that this major issue finds a solution before it turns out to be the cause of world wars.
The UKZ would also like to take this opportunity to apologize for her behavior regarding this incident, where we threatened military force. We hope that this has not ruined Zach international relations, and if it has we hope that it will be reconciled as soon as possible.
