(Passed) Removal Petition against Articmainia

Post  UnitedStatesOfScouting on Wed Jan 14, 2015 9:13 am

In accordance with the WA Accountability Act, I am petitioning the removal of the Articmainia from the WASC. Their inactivity has reached 11 days.

WA Accountability Act:

Furthermore, as of this post, Articmainia has 48 hours before dismissal from their WASC seat.  I hereby request Great Eurussia, President of the WASC, to immediately remove Articmainia from their seat should Articmainia fail to reply within 48 hours. I have notified Articmainia of this action via Telagram.

This is unacceptable. It nearly took you 36 hours to reply. In reality it should only be 10 hours from now until the 48 hours hits.

Seeing as it's been more than 48 hours since the time of the petition, I request the President, Great Eurussia, take immediate action to remove Articmainia from the WASC.

Read the law, "lad"

WA ACCOUNTABILITY ACT:

"Thus, any member state of the WA Government, which will be proven inactive for seven (7) days can be dismissed from their position. To ensure due process, in the case of the Security Council, if a member state is found to be inactive, any member state of the World Alliance petitioned to any member state of the Security Council who shall then serve a notice (via TG and via Forum Post) giving the concerned member state two (2) days to reply to the said notice to prove its activeness and to avoid dismissal. Failure to do so, the member state complaining against the inactive member state may formally request the immediate head of the body, which in this case the President of the Security Council, to issue the dismissal."

Apologies. Articmainia is effectively ejected from the WA Security Council. So ordered.

I know the laws i'm just sayin' when you don't excpect votes from anybody then don't call it a petition.

A petition is a document addressed to some official and signed by numerous individuals.
