Why against? Too protective of Xolox?

I'm protective of all of the people you're sending a witch hunt after, Xolox Included.

I thought you are a person of law but seeing you are too protective of imperialists and depriving Korreans of the right in law to make cases, it is disappointing. You are not a true person of law.

Can't wait for the witch hunt to begin against me.

This is not witch hunt. This is pursuit of justice. I cannot believe this is coming from you. What a great disappointment.

It's alright, eventually people will get fed up with you abusing the system as you're doing right now and will remove you when it's time.

Correction, Wirbanskia, as a secondary seat holder, cannot vote on Judicial matters. The correct tally is:

Favor - New Korrea, New Rhodinia, MEU

Against - Scouting

Abstain - Serenarea

With still only 60% approval, this remains as a dismissal.

With all due respect to the Vice Presidency and after a series of consultations with his office, the WA Presidency hereby reverses the initial and contested outcome of the voting of the concerned resolution and consider the same as, PASSED.
Section 3 - Functions

The WASC shall have the de facto supranational powers over the executive, legislative, and judicial matters in the WA which shall be enforced through a sixty six percent concurrence of all its voting member states.

It is in the strong belief of this office, by virtue of the clear language of the quoted provision of international law above, that with a total of five "voting member states" whose "sixty six percentage" is three point three (3.3), which cannot be rounded off since the .3 fraction cannot represent a full single vote, and whereas in the final voting tally there are "three member states" concurring with the resolution, the motion has technically passed.

The WA Presidency hopes that the disputes between Scouting and New Korrea over this issue and matter has been addressed accordingly.

Thank you.

OOC: Hi. Go back to school and learn math. I did absolutely no rounding at all. 3/5 = .6, In fact, go ahead and type into a calculator, 3 divided by 5, you will get .6 so you can see yourself. (Sorry for the very bluntness and rudeness of the first sentence, but seriously???)

That is the opposite of what is happening. Eurussia is the one bending the rules.

Oh stop Xolox. It was just only this time that things got a little fishy. And now that the President has ruled already you will accuse him of bending the rules? WHY DON'T YOU JUST FACE YOUR CASES LIKE A MAN? AND STOP HIDING ON THESE PATHETIC EXCUSES? YOU ARE SO BRAVE TO INVADE NEW KORREA BECAUSE OF YOUR 'MILITARY' AND NOW THIS IS JUST THE COURT, WHERE IS YOUR BRAVERY? WHERE IS THE COURAGE? WHERE IS THE MIGHT? AFRAID OF A GUILTY VERDICT?

I will do you the favor, this is the link to your case and just face it and answer the charges just as active as you declared war and invade Other nation's lands!
