|The following shall be the new format for the "WA Security Council" threads. Changes are noted in Red and Blue, Red for items removed and Blue for items added.|

The Security Council is the supranational governing institution of the World Alliance.
It is based at the World Alliance Headquarters, Moscow, Great Eurussia.

The WA Security Council is composed of thirteen elected seats representing the thirteen major geographical continents of the World Alliance and two honorary seats representing the major default offices of the World Alliance. up to sixteen seats, thirteen of which are elected seats, representing the thirteen major geographical continents of the World Alliance. It is commanded by the President assisted by its duly appointed Vice President. It is also composed of 11 other elected Member States and the 2 other honorary Member States held by the Founder and Delegate, respectively.

The Security Council is the supranational executive, legislative, and judicial authority over the World Alliance. Thus, all the activities of the SC are governed primarily by the WA Security Council Act and the WA General Elections Act

This Security Council Sub-Forum is exclusive to Security Council members only.

For non-SC members, still, you can initiate your own policy proposals and discussions, and if you wish to, seek endorsement from SC members who can present your ideas and plans before the Security Council. Here!!!
|This removal is pursuant to Article 2 of the "Freedom of Speech Law"| The WASC allows non-members of the WASC to join in on WASC discussions with exception of court cases.

Togana would be Against any changes---I dont think non members should post in the WASC sub-forum. If they have an issue that needs to be addressed they should bring it up with their representative or ask permission and be granted, to post an issue.

This is already in effect. Please review the law: http://worldalliance.postalboard.com/t870-passed-freedom-of-speech-law

Furthermore, I posted this here as the current WA Security Council thread is outdated in its format, there is nothing to vote on here.
